Beschreibung:

Carrillo Stahlpleule sind hochfeste, geschmiedete Stahlpleule für extreme Leistung und Drehmomente. Carrillo verwenden das Material AISI 4330M. Dieses besteht aus einem speziell wärmebehandelten und modifizierten Chrom-Nickel-Molybdän Stahl, der durch Zugabe verschiedener Materialien eine enorme Zähigkeit und Härte erreicht (Zugfestigkeit: 1520 - 1650 N/ mm²). Zum Vergleich: das am meisten verwendete Standard-Pleuelmaterial AISI 4340 hat eine Zugfestigkeit von 900 - 1400 N/mm².

Jedes Carrillo Pleuel ist nach Bearbeitung Magnaflux getestet, d.h. auf Risse und Härte geprüft, ohne dabei die Oberfläche zu beschädigen.
